With a speed of up to 120 meters per minute, a pipe size range of 6mm (1/4″) up to 63mm (2.5″) and a HMI touch screen this PE pipe coiler machine is perfect for a highly customizable automated drip irrigation or plain PE pipe production process.

DRTS Coiler Models
DR-STR-400
Unique coiler for short coils, utilizing 3 coiling heads for microtubing, corrugated pipes and garden hoses from 6mm up to 20mm (25mm optional). This coiler has an ultra small coil ID and uses shrink wrapping instead of strapping for the finished coils. We also offer the DR-STR-450 which is a similar coiler with a bit larger coil minimum ID (180mm) but with strapping instead of shrink wrap.
DR-AT-900
Ideal for both plain lateral (PE pipe) and Drip Irrigation pipes of 0.8mm and above. This coiler is intended for pipe diameters from 12-25mm. Includes completely automated strapping and coil ejection
DR-AT-650
Similar to the DR-AT-900, the 650 model is a more compact coiler in both footprint and max coil size. This coiler allows coiling coils which have a smaller ID. This is ideal for the Landscape industry where short compact coils are a key product.
DR-AT-1200PE
is a coiler intended for HDPE pipes up to 32mm in diameter and a maximum coil Outer diameter of 1200mm. This coiler can work with other pipe types such as corrugated pipes and it features a unique stacker unit for the finished coils.
DR-FL-200
This coiler is for thinwall pipes, mainly flat drip irrigation pipes with 0.15-0.9mm wall thinckness. This coiler uses a cardboard insert for the coils and allows you to seamlessly coil flat drip pipe from 12-25 mm at up to 250 meters per minute when combined with the DRTS pipe accumulator, ensuring you produce coils of flat drip irrigation pipe ready for sale.
