Haul Off (Puller)

DRTS  haul-off / pullers are known for their stable and consistent performance even at high production speeds. Stability of the pulling speed is extremely important and DRTS pullers adhire to a 0.01% line speed accuracy. The key to our stability is a consistent pulling force which provides consistent tension on the line and prevents pipe slippage. The DRTS haul-offs require little or no maintenance at all, giving you peace of mind and production confidence.

Hauloff/Puller Types:

Belt Hauloff: Used for both round and flat drip irrigation production lines and ideal for pipes with a wall thickness of 0.15mm-1.5mm. The DRTS unique design employs a unique pulley and shock system to prevent the puller from over pressing the pipe which would result in both bad product results (CV/Flow) as well as pipe ovality. Using unique belts also assists in the prevention of pipe slippage and maintaining the high pulling accuracy required.

Capstan: A unique puller system used only for flat thinwall pipes from 0.15-0.3mm. This puller is built for a super stable and super fast pulling. The DRTS Capstan reaches speeds of over 300 meters per minute with minimal or no speed variation. This is critical to assure accurate perforation and spacing as in many cases this unit acts as the “master” of the line.
