Pressure Compensating Dripper Assembly Machine
DRTS offers complete turnkey solutions for the production and assembly of PC (Pressure Compensating) Drippers. The assembly process is fully automated and the assembly machines come in various production capacities depending on product type and how many stations the assembly machine is. DRTS uses both laser and ultrasonic welding depending on product type and design.
A pressure compensating dripper consists of 3 parts:
- In Round dripper it is Dripper Body, Dripper clip/cover, silicon membrane
- In Flat dripper it is Dripper upper side, dripper bottom side, silicon membrane
